Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rite-tool.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fee

  • 10% restocking fee is charged on returned items: only applies if the tool shows evidence of being used or customised.  This value will be deducted from any refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items used, marked or customised in anyway are not eligible for return. Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
