2. What Technical Support do you provide?  Rite-Tool has more than 30 years experience of providing fixing solutions, specialising in torque and riveting. We work closely with specially selected brands who we know can support customers with product knowledge and solutions for most applications.  We can visit your site to demo products on specific applications, if needed, to give you peace of mind knowing the products you purchase will do the job you expect.

3. What are the differences between the brands you supply and others in the market?

    • delvo - are a Japanese manufacturer producing high quality electric torque screwdrivers for many years, focussing on low torque precision and repeatability. That's what sets delvo apart from the rest!
    • Durofix - are a brand owned by Taiwanese giant Mobiletron who are experts in power tool manufacture and electronics.  Combined, Durofix manufactures best in class power tools with proprietary features to suit most applications. Durofix products major on durability, usability, ergonomics & operator safety to provide customers with exceptional value for money.
    • RivRite - are a brand of rivet tools designed to overcome failings of other established rivet brands. RivRite focus is durability and ease of use for operators in order to save time and money for their customers.

5. Do you service and repair products? We can take care of all service and repair work for the brands we supply, subject to the level of repair required. Email us at info@rite-tool.com or call and we will help advise you.

6. What happens if I order an incorrect product by mistake? As per our Terms of Service, you have 14 days to get in touch to let us know then we would aim to arrange for the correct product to be identified and a replacement take place. We want you to have the best product for the job, so it's in our best interest to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase!
